An interactive table to scrub through a video composition of stills of every weekly address of former US President Barack Obama

I was asked by Willem Popelier to create an interactive version of his Your Weekly President project.

It needed to be able to scrub to exact keyframes at high speeds (both forward and backward) while looping through the 80 minute video without skipping intermediate weeks.

And it needed to be small enough to fit inside the table.

The system runs on a Raspberry Pi using a custom openFrameworks application and uses a custom nodejs OMX player interface.
